During the month of January, KidLife is going remote!

We are doing all we can to keep our kids and volunteers safe by shifting how we do KidLife in January (click here for more details). We are offering an online service for kids to watch from home while only nursery and preschool childcare will be available on Sunday mornings. We also encourage families to use our "wiggle room" (in the StudentLife room) so you can stay together as a family and still view the worship service. We will provide different activities in the wiggle room for your children!

Thank you for helping us do what we can to keep our kids safe!

Welcome to KidLife!

KidLife is the children’s ministry of Springfield First and is available on Sunday mornings during the 9:00am and 10:30am worship services. We have programs for nursery, preschool, and elementary kids. We are doing all we can to make sure children are staying safe while also offering a fun environment!

You can check in your kids right inside the entrance near the playground.

We strive to make Sunday morning the best hour of the week for children through fun and compelling programs. We work to accommodate the needs of all children. Our goals each weekend are love, safety, faith, family, and community.

Love

At Springfield First, we love kids! That is why our KidLife ministry is dedicated to making each service a time that kids know they are loved and accepted.

Safety

Children thrive in caring and safe environments. We have secure check-in/check-out procedures in a dedicated area of our building. Our volunteers are background checked and trained in Safe Sanctuaries® to make KidLife a safe space for children. Off-duty police officers and our church safety team are our safety partners each weekend.

Faith

During KidLife, we encourage faith through Bible stories, exciting worship, and active service. The goal is to make disciples who recognize Jesus as their friend and who love God and others.

Family

We subscribe to the Orange philosophy of ministry, in which the church partners with parents to raise healthy and positive kids. To help the church and family connect, we use an app called Parent Cue.

Community

KidLife helps connect kids and families to the church and one another, so no one walks through life alone. We create community during activities, events, and connection opportunities. Follow us on Facebook for more information.
