Carli Burton
Director of Senior Ministries
Originally from Lincoln, IL, Carli is married to Rev. Bill Burton, a United Methodist minister. They have three adult children: Greg (Sheila), Gretta Nash (Brent), and Grant (Diana), along with nine grandchildren. Carli graduated from Black Hawk College and the University of Illinois; she also attended Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. In her ministry, Carli aims to motivate Christian growth in others and to help all generations of our church to feel cared for and loved. Her goal is also to shift our basic assumptions about aging, realizing that it involves heightened opportunity for spiritual development. Carli loves her job, word games, and family time.
